The above companies stopped trading on 5 November 2018. No further training courses will be available.

Begbies Traynor has been instructed to assist to place the companies into Liquidation.

1) If you have taken out finance agreement set up through HGV Express Limited or HGV LGV Training Courses Limited where the money has been paid directly to you and you paid it to HGV Express Limited or HGV LGV Training Courses Limited and you have not completed the training.

The company will not be able to arrange for the remaining training to be completed.

The company is not able to repay the money to you.

You will be a creditor of the company for the value of the money they have had from you but which has not been used to pay for your training. You need to do the following to register a claim

1) Full name
2) Address and Post Code
3) Total amount you think you are owed
4) Which company you made payment to HGV Express Limited or HGV LGV Training Courses Limited
5) Who your loan is with

2) If you had a finance agreement with Omni.

The company will not be able to arrange for the remaining training to be completed.

You may be a contingent creditor of the company and need to do the following to register a claim

4) Which company you made payment to HGV Express Limited or HGV LGV Training Courses Limited

We will acknowledge receipt of your email within 48 hours and will be writing to all creditors in due course.
