Direct Access C+E
This course is for those wishing to go straight to Class 1 - following the change in legislation in November 2021.
Class CE
This course enables you to drive an articulated lorry (also known as Cat CE or class 1). You will need to hold a full rigid lorry licence and provisional CE licence to take this course.
Category C (Rigid Vehicle) Training
This course enables you to drive a rigid lorry (also known as Cat C or Class 2). You will need to hold a full car licence and a provisional Cat C licence to take this course.
Class C1/7.5 tonne vehicle
This course enables you to drive a 7.5 tonne lorry (also known as C1). You will need to hold a full car licence and a provisional C1 licence to take this course.
ADR - Carriage of Dangerous Goods
This course enables you to carry dangerous and hazardous goods. You must hold at least a full car driving licence to sit this course.
Forklift Training
Courses are available for counterbalance forklift truck (B1 & B2), Reach truck, Vehicle mounted lift truck (moffett mounty), Pivot steer, Rough terrain (telly handler), Industrial telly handler. Low, Mid and high level pedestrian pallet stackers are also catered for. Mobile Elevated Work Platforms Cat:1a, 1b, 3a and 3b (MEWPs). All of the above courses can be carried out at Nithcree or at customer site.
Crane Lorry loader
This course enables you to operate a lorry loader (also known as a Crane or Hiab).
Driver CPC Periodic Training 7 hour courses
These courses all count towards your driver cpc periodic training which must be renewed every 5 years. You must hold a full C1/C1E/C/CE licence to sit these courses.
Class C1E
This course enables you to drive a 7.5 tonne lorry and trailer (also known as C1E or 7.5 tonne and trailer). You will need to hold a full C1 licence and provisional C1E licence to take this course.
Class BE/Jeep and Trailer Familiarization
This course enables you to drive a car or van up to 3.5 tonnes with a trailer to test standard following the change of B+E in 2021.
